The location was peaceful, really close to the harbour and Marina and the centre of Palermo, very close to Teatro Massimo. The unit we got was tastefully decorated with internal bathroom, beautiful original paintings plus Kids size bed.

It is a quiet property located in Ruggero Settimo district not far from many local attractions and the museums and especially the outstanding food market.

Clean, good value hotel, its location was ideal and quiet and just next door to restaurants and bars, and the centre of Palermo, right near the Teatro Massimo. We truly enjoyed well decorated and fashionable room with a separate private bathroom😀

- central but silent and relaxing location - modern and clean - friendly and personal hospitality - parking place 200 m in an underground parking area available - everything easy to reach by walk - photos look like same as in internet - very good price-service-relation!! TOP B&B!!

Good central location near Teatro Massimo. A small outside space to sit. Artwork and books.
No one was at the b&b when we arrived so we had to make an international call and stand on the street for half an hour to wait for the owner to arrive. We were told that they sent an email to ask our arrival time but we did not receive one. The breakfast included yogurt and fruit but no fresh bread or cornetti, it was the same cakes (and tiramisu!) brought out for the 4 days we were there. The shower was so small that the bathroom got soaked and the wet towels and bath mat were left for 2 days. The owner spoke no English, her son did but was only there on one day. We could not pay with a credit or debit card when we left although the details provided said we could, apparently their laptop was needed to arrange this and the son had taken it away to university.

The location of this place is fantastic, being very close to the bus station, restaurants, supermarket, and an amazing food market, we also loved how near it is to a beautiful Baroque square.

Location is very central - 3-4 min walk to Teatro Massimo. Hosts (Angela and son Luca) extremely friendly and helpful, they gave us lots of info on what to do in town. The B&b overall is very charming and clean.
The only downside to our room was the bathroom - uncomfortable in the design/layout and with very noisy plumbing. However we've seen another room's bathroom and it was fine so I guess the issue is only with one room.

This B&B is located near the theater Massimo which is excellent for visiting Palermo. The hosts Luca en Angela are very friendly and can explain a lot about the environment.
